Using simple yet clear illustrations and text, it covers all the essentials: from basic blood pressure measurement to the somewhat more challenging procedure of inserting a chest tube, and many other things you may encounter in various medical specialties. <\/p>\n<p>However, practical experience is often lacking during clinical rotations or clinical internships; there are many things you don\u2019t even get to see. As a resident, you should at least be theoretically prepared for these situations. The many photos in this book provide that practical context. Of course, \u201cDoc\u2019s Coach\u201d can never replace hands-on practice, but it can be very useful for preparing for the oral practical exam.
